Show 98: How to Trust Your Intuition and the Hits You Get from Spirit!

Oh, this is a fun one... you gotta tune in and listen to how Mayume and Manjeet discuss how to TRUST YOUR INTUITION from Spirit. The Universe is always wanting to provide us with guidance and nudges to help us on our journey. Learning how to trust those nudges and allowing oneself to receive the hits that are coming to us takes practice, practice, practice. Show 97: Holiday Traditions! Are They Still Serving You?

Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? Or are you at the point of slowly fading one out? Just about everyone has some kind of holiday tradition that they've grown up with and some of us have continued carrying those same traditions on into our adulthood sharing them with friends and new family members. Listen in as Mayume and Manjeet discuss all the feels surrounding traditions, old and new, and what to do if they no longer serve you. They talk about how to truly embrace the traditions of your partners family, those of your friends and of course don't forget your own! Blending these can be difficult to do but with the help and support of loving family and friends, you can never go wrong. Try new things, introduce and start a NEW tradition! Have the teenagers buy gifts for a less fortunate family, host art night and create something fresh and new for the mantel, have a gift wrapping party with peppermint mochas or swap roles with your partner and they get to do all the shopping and wrapping this holiday season!
