Mayume and Manjeet take a deep dive into what a "Spiritual Reboot" is and what does it mean for you, the Lightworker? Essentially, like a computer, we all need to restart, reset, refresh --REBOOT ourselves to prevent our energy from getting sluggish, glitchy and stagnant, and therefore allowing room for something new! Lightworkers who co-create with Spirit must honor our spiritual selves and take a moment to acknowledge that we are all beings of light having this human experience and need to take time to reboot physically, mentally and emotionally in order to set ourselves up for success and embrace what's coming up next... especially shedding 2020 and looking ahead toward 2021!

"The quality of being grateful or thankful, readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness."  Mayume and Manjeet share what it is that they each are grateful for and talk about how you can bring gratitude into your everyday life....even when things are not so great or perhaps even emotionally challenging. These two friends provide fun and easy ideas to get yourself into that high frequency, enjoy a few giggles and sit in the magic of deep gratitude.

Show 07: The Power of Thought

A truly diverse topic with many different aspects to it, we discuss "the power of thought." Our thoughts are so incredibly powerful in ways that we don't even realize; it can either uplift or sabotage. Whether it's the inner critic projecting negative self talk, us subconsciously creating self-fulfilling prophecies or manifesting the life of our dreams with optimism and positivity, we attract that which we direct our attention to. Manjeet provides some quick life coaching tools around the power of our thoughts... A great place to start is recognizing and acknowledging what thoughts we're actually having, then making that shift to change them or "flipping the script" (if necessary) and then of course once you know what that is, practice, practice, practice!

Show 06: Signs from your Angels, Spirit Guides and Departed Loved Ones

This show is just so awesome. It was super fun to sit around and talk about Angel Signs and how to open ourselves up to receive them. And really, let's be honest, "Angels" can mean more than the all white, winged, halo-wearing benevolent beings...it can also refer to our spirit guides leaving us a sign to validate that we're on the right path or our loved ones who have crossed over trying to leave us signs to let us know they are okay and still with us. Angel signs can be a beautiful source of guidance, comfort and healing. Tune in and listen as we giggle and share only some of the many signs we've received along this journey. (so far!)  

Show 05: What Exactly is a Lightworker, anyway?

The term, "Lightworker," was first used by author and teacher, Michael Mirdad in the 80s,but it wasn't until 1997 when author/speaker and very well-known Spiritual teacher, Doreen Virtue, wrote and released her book, The Lightworkers Way. The best way to easily describe a Lightworker... is someone who feels an enormous calling to help others...they volunteer to act as a beacon of light for the Earth and commit to serving humanity.  Of course most people when they hear the term Lightworker, assume it is a very woo-woo type individual such as a psychic medium, or a Reiki Healer, or Clairvoyant... when in fact, there are millions and millions of Lightworkers walking this Earth more so today than ever before, serving humanity as a beautiful volunteer of love and light. In this Show/Episode we shed some "light" on what we believe are Lightworkers, and believe it or not, if you're listening to this podcast it's most likely you are one too.
