Raising your Vibration: What exactly does that mean? And what is the difference between Vibration and Frequency? Tune in as Mayume and Manjeet not only discuss what it is, but how we can maintain that vibration throughout your life. As we move through life experiences that can lower our vibration, meaning the lower energies such as stress, anger, fear, guilt, grief or shame, to name a few... there are way to turn it around and get back into that high vibe of feeling good again. Yes, it takes time and maybe even a lot of time, but that's how we practice getting back into alignment of who we are and how we want to show up in the world. Acknowledging and then honoring your individual process to move through life's obstacles, struggles and even suffering, is step one.... and realizing that there are ways to mindfully get you back on track with the love and support of others, (along with gratitude and laughter, of course) are the next steps to get back into that high vibration so that you not only feel good again, but you begin to attract all good things.
