Raising your Vibration: What exactly does that mean? And what is the difference between Vibration and Frequency? Tune in as Mayume and Manjeet not only discuss what it is, but how we can maintain that vibration throughout your life. As we move through life experiences that can lower our vibration, meaning the lower energies such as stress, anger, fear, guilt, grief or shame, to name a few... there are way to turn it around and get back into that high vibe of feeling good again. Yes, it takes time and maybe even a lot of time, but that's how we practice getting back into alignment of who we are and how we want to show up in the world. Acknowledging and then honoring your individual process to move through life's obstacles, struggles and even suffering, is step one....  and realizing that there are ways to mindfully get you back on track with the love and support of others, (along with gratitude and laughter, of course) are the next steps to get back into that high vibration so that you not only feel good again, but you begin to attract all good things.

Show 52: Surrendering to Divine Timing

In our lives, we all have things that go wrong, wonky, awry, and not as we had planned or more importantly... not as we had hoped. There's that saying: "When one door shuts, another one opens..." So, isn't it interesting how events in our life have sometimes taken a slight turn... or even jumped into the other lane without our consent? That's because the Universe has a Divine plan... and with that, her own Divine Timing. Perhaps our loved ones across the veil, and/or our Spirit Guides and Angels know what is best for us. We believe the Universe has our back, and that means we are just going to have to sit back, surrender and let go of the wheel..... timing is everything and why not trust in that beautiful, magical timing of the Divine.

Mayume and Manjeet share personal stories about how their desires can get derailed or how things can go seriously upside down and sideways (especially during a Mercury Retrograde). Listen in as they also share tools on how we can trust, surrender and get back into alignment with feeling good again.
